On Saturday, March 22, former Miami Southridge Senior High School standout Johnny Vazquez’s current college team, the Barry Buccaneers, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Eckerd Tritons.

The game took place at Turley Athletic Complex. This was their third matchup against the Tritons this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Lynn Fighting Knights.
