The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 33.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 467 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $235,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 702 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in November 2018.
