Miami Beach home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Miami Beach fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in Miami Beach in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,400, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
