West Miami home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in West Miami rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $324,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Miami in November 2018.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
