Homestead home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Homestead fell by $9,300 while total sales decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 5% decrease over the $185,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Homestead in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Homestead for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,780, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
