Pinecrest home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Pinecrest fell by $192,500 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $660,000 - a 22.6% decrease over the $852,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Pinecrest in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Pinecrest for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $6,970, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
