Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 642 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 777 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,152, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
