Miami Beach home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Miami Beach rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 5.4% increase over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 236 homes sold in Miami Beach in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,400, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
