South Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in South Miami (unincorporated) rose by $257,100 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 60.8% increase over the $422,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in South Miami (unincorporated) in October 2018.
