January 2021: Home prices in Florida City fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Florida City fell by $41,650 while total sales decreased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 27.5% decrease over the $151,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Florida City in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Florida City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,860, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
