Pricing for the median home in Florida City (unincorporated) increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Florida City (unincorporated) rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Florida City (unincorporated) in January 2020.
