Sweetwater median home prices rose by 19.9% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Sweetwater rose by $59,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,750 - a 19.9% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sweetwater in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Sweetwater for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,776, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
