Pricing for the median home in Miami (unincorporated) increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $154,000 while total sales decreased by 74.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 186 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 63.2% increase over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 736 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,634, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
