Home prices increased in West Miami during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in West Miami rose by $123,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 38.2% increase over the $322,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in West Miami in January 2020.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,225, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
