Median home prices in South Miami rose to $600,000 in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in South Miami rose by $192,500 while total sales decreased by 70.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 47.2% increase over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in South Miami in January 2020.

The median sales tax in South Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,159, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
