This property is one of four sales so far in Pinecrest in December 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John Gerhart Haller has been registered to vote since 2015. Jane Godshalk Haller has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
