On Nov. 29, Antigua 21 LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 900 Tangier St., Coral Gables from Roberto U. and Miranda Caridad Jimenez for $530,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,198.97, 0.79% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, seven properties sold in Coral Gables.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Roberto Jimenez has been registered to vote since 2007. Caridad Jimenez has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 900 Tangier St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Roberto Jimenez, 65, Caridad Jimenez, 68, and Eva Jimenez, 105.
