In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $13,585.61, which is 0.96% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, seven properties sold in Coral Gables.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eftichia Kontopoulos has been registered to vote since 2016. Ruben Alberto Quintero has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 1520 Dorado Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vasilios George Kontopoulos, 79, Eftichia Kontopoulos, 50, Helen Kontopoylos, 76, Ruben Alberto Quintero, 63, and Xavier Enrique Quintero, 51.
