On July 28, D. Reuben Keith (revocable trust) and L. Ellenby Whitney (revocable trust) purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 5971 S.W. 88 St., S. Miami from Saquib Masroor and Masroor and Aisha Masroor Joint Saqib (revocable trust) for $1,490,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $20,381.85, 1.37% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in South Miami as of this publication.
