On May 26, Michalis Stavrinides and Alejandra Fernandez sold their four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 624 Curtiswood Drive, Key Biscayne to Lawrence Liberman and Johanna Roinos for $2,800,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $33,109.98. This is 1.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Key Biscayne as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 624 Curtiswood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Holly Minh Cao, 48, and Laura Elisa Teran Zapata, 53.
