On May 21, BAC Development LLC purchased a four bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home at 180 Isla Dorada Blvd., Coral Gables from Carlos M. and Mayda Hurtado for $2,425,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $34,308.54, 1.41% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Coral Gables in May 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mayda Hurtado has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 180 Isla Dorada Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nereida Castro, 73, and Mayda Hurtado, 60.
