The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $23,565.67, 0.94% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Key Biscayne as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nancy Ginnel Duncan (73) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
