On April 30, Henry Parra and Adam Hlavaty purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 751 N. Greenway Drive, Coral Gables from Fauli Raul J Valdes and Francia Quijada for $2,450,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $20,398.69, 0.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, six properties sold in Coral Gables.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Francia E. Quijada has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 751 N. Greenway Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Randal Kirby, 63, Marylou Kirby, 54, Michael Phillip Valdes-Fauli, 41, and Francia E. Quijada, 69.
