On March 30, Gennaro and Jennifer E. Petruzzelli purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 16760 S.W. 86 Court, Palmetto Bay from Oscar and Audrey Vinces for $770,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,522.66, 1.11% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Palmetto Bay as of this publication.
