The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $26,250.52, 1.78% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Key Biscayne in March 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Catalina Bertero, 28, was the only registered voter residing at 785 Crandon Blvd. 303 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
