The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $15,480.10, 4.59% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, four properties sold in Coral Gables.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Susan A. Loveland has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1042 Sorolla Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan A. Loveland, 67, and Carmen Trastoy, 60.
