Median home prices in Miami (unincorporated) rose to $320,000 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 98.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 620 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 312 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in November 2020.
