Rising home prices in Kendall in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Kendall rose by $49,500 while total sales increased by 67.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Kendall in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Kendall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,333, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
