Pricing for the median home in Miami increased during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Miami rose by $87,500 while total sales increased by 180.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 719 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 29% increase over the $301,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 256 homes sold in Miami in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,178, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
