South Miami home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in South Miami fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 122.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $717,500 - a 1.7% decrease over the $730,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Miami in November 2020.

The median sales tax in South Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,159, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
