Pricing for the median home in Coral Gables decreased during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Coral Gables fell by $74,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $899,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Coral Gables in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Coral Gables for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,277, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
