South Miami (unincorporated) home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in South Miami (unincorporated) rose by $1,592,500 while total sales decreased by 96.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,082,500 - a 325 percent increase over the $490,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in South Miami (unincorporated) in April 2021.
