María Elvira Salazar, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 27th district, shared her concerns and legislative initiatives on social media. Her recent tweets focus on issues such as online fraud in Miami and educational efforts regarding communism.

On March 18, 2025, Salazar highlighted the issue of online fraud targeting Miami, describing it as "the principal objective" of such crimes in the country. She stated, "Debemos LUCHAR contra estos delincuentes." Salazar expressed her intention to collaborate with Kelly Loeffler to implement her RECLAIM Taxpayer Funds Act and encouraged victims or concerned individuals to contact her office for assistance.

Later that day, she criticized a Hollywood star for associating with the Cuban regime. In response, she referenced a legislative effort with Senator Rick Scott aimed at educating children about communism through the Crucial Communism Teaching Act. She asserted that without this education, "Hollywood will teach them the lies!"

Reiterating her stance in Spanish on the same day, Salazar again mentioned Hollywood's influence and emphasized the need for teaching children about communism's truth. This repetition underscores her commitment to promoting the Crucial Communism Teaching Act alongside Senator Rick Scott. She remarked "¡Miren!... otra estrella de Hollywood haciéndose amigo del régimen."
