VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) announced that the Village of Key Biscayne is included in the Army Civil Works 2023 Work Plan

This provides the initial $500,000 for USACE Jacksonville District to begin working with the Village to analyze the threats associated with more frequent, severe storms and their effect on the island.
