This property is one of four sales so far in Coral Gables in March 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 131 Paloma Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew Douglas Decourcy Dashwood, 29, and Leonardo Teran, 33.
