Home prices increased in Palmetto Bay during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Palmetto Bay rose by $205,400 while total sales decreased by 95.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,400 - a 30.7 percent increase over the $670,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Palmetto Bay in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Palmetto Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,991, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
