City Of Homestead issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
TODAY: Join VFW Post 4127 & American Legion Post 43 for the 61st Annual Homestead Veterans Parade on Friday, November 11th, 2022. The parade will start at 12:00 pm along Krome avenue to Campbell Drive. There will be a special Veterans Day Ceremony starting at 11am in front of Losner Park (104 N Krome Ave, Homestead, FL 33030).
This parade is in honor of the memory of the men and women who have fought to defend our nation and liberty. It is the oldest Veteran’s Day celebration in Miami-Dade County.
