Silver Palm United Methodist Church issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
God called another faithful servant. Pastor Nelson's sister, Alma was called home on Wednesday morning. Silver Palm's congregation offer our deepest condolences. May God embrace you with His love as you grieve for the loss of your beloved sister.
Revelation 21:4
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
