KUMC’s featured mission during the month of November is COFFO’s THANKSGIVING MEALS. COFFO (Coalition of Florida Farmworkers Organizations) is a statewide, non-profit organization, whose main objective is to enhance the living and working conditions of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in rural Florida. KUMC’s Migrant Ministry has supported COFFO over the years with Thanksgiving meals and other food donations. Food insecurity continues to be an issue in the US, please help us by donating the following items Rice (Dried), Canned Beans, Canned Cranberry Sauce, Canned Corn, Stuffing Mix,
Cornbread Mix and Muffin Mix. DEADLINE FOR FOOD COLLECTION: NOVEMBER 21, 2021. You can bring the items on Sundays to church or drop them off during the week at the church office or blue bin in front of the Sanctuary. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please add Migrant Ministry to your check’s memo line or specify it on your online contribution.
