CITY OF HOMESTEAD: The City of Homestead’s Parks and Recreation Department is closing out the inaugural season of its Movies in the Park Series with the hit Disney film Encanto

City Of Homestead issued the following announcement on Mar. 08.

THIS FRIDAY: The City of Homestead’s Parks and Recreation Department is closing out the inaugural season of its Movies in the Park Series with the hit Disney film Encanto. This break out film will be sure to delight the whole family as it has already earned many accolades like a Golden Globe Award and Oscar nominations, among a plethora of rave reviews by viewers and critics alike. The event will take place on Friday, March 11th at 6:30 pm at J.D. Redd Park located at 550 N Homestead Blvd, Homestead, FL 33030. Attendees are encouraged to pack a picnic, blanket and lawn chairs, and grab their loved ones for a special night under the stars.

The Movies in the Park series presented by Parks and Recreation was created to bring family fun to the Homestead community while also showcasing local parks. The event series will return in November screening film favorites in a different Homestead Park each month.
