WE LOVE PB : The Village of Palmetto Bay is a full-service, customer friendly and convenient Passport Acceptance Facility for NEW passport applications (Form DS-11.) Appointments are required and may be made by telephone by calling 305-259-1234 or you can make an appointment online.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm**Last appointment given no later than 3:30 pm
You can make your appointment online to visit our Passport Acceptance Facility.
