Village Of Palmetto Bay issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
Each year, our Policing Unit raises funds amongst the officers and staff and presents gifts at the end of the year to one charity in the community.
This year, the Policing Unit selected GD Pediatric Care Center on US 1 and SW 142nd Street. The center offers Prescribed Extended Pediatric Care (PEPC) to developmentally-challenged children.
