The City Attorney’s Office led by City Attorney Miriam Soler Ramos is now a fully certified office in City, County and Local Government Law. Assistant City Attorneys Naomi Levi Garcia and Stephanie Thockmorton recently received Florida Bar certification in this practice area. They join a select group of 313 lawyers in Florida including Ramos, Deputy City Attorney Cristina Suarez, and Assistant City Attorney Gustavo Ceballos in receiving this prestigious certification.
“We are very proud to be a fully certified office,” said Ramos. “This certification designates that our entire team has the special knowledge, skills and proficiencies in local government law. This is important so that we can best represent the interests of the city, our residents, businesses, and visitors.”
