City Of Homestead issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
We wanted to share this Feel Good Friday story to kick off the weekend on the right foot. Homestead PD received a call about a resident's cat that was stuck on the roof. The fire department was initially contacted but could not get to the call.
HPD Lt. Traad and HPS Energy Troubleman George Schultz partnered up to rescue the furry friend and save the day! Thank you HPD and HPS Energy for helping this Homestead resident.
